Please ignore the last post...

For all of you who read Josh's last post about how he wants to be a mountain man at our wedding.... pretend you didn't.  That's all. 

Now... on to some REAL wedding stuff.  I am doing a much better job at picking things and sticking to it, but I'm now at a point where I'm realizing that people set a budget for a reason!  Weddings are super expenseive.  It's crazy.  You get the dress and reserve the venues and your budget is half gone!!!!  I had a major freak out moment last week and Josh and I considered canceling everything and eloping to some island just the two of us... but I later realized that so many people are looking to seeing "fun Josh" at our wedding.

For those of you who don't know- he's like two different people.  It's kinda cute... in a scary sort of way.  One minute he can be "shy" and only talk when he is looking up from the book he's reading because someone has asked him a question twice because they thought he didn't hear it... and the next minute he can be the life of the party, cracking jokes, and cuttin' up like it's his job.  I usually get two different reactions from people when they find out we're getting married:

ONE: Yea!!!!!! How exciting.  Josh is so smart and sweet, he's so quiet too.  You'll make a wonderful couple! (or something like this) 

                                                OR

TWO: Hahaha (yes laughing) are you sure you can handle him?  You said yes???? (or after he's just done something "semi-crazy") that's YOUR future husband.

Now the second responses are all in good fun, of course, no one REALLY thinks he's crazy... but a few of us know his "crazy side".  So anywho- eloping was out of the question.  I think I've learned that I truly have to stick within my budget and make decisions based on that.  I'm gonna stop all the worrying... hopefully.  We are planning an awesome wedding-- and I know it will be great!

I am going for my first dress fitting sometime at the end of this month or beginning of November!  Super exciting, I know what it looks like, but I forgot what it looks like on me.  Plus I've been working my tushy off to tone-up :)
