It's been a while since I've written... but SO much has been going on... so you'll have to forgive me.  I am now a proud aunt AGAIN to little Paul William Bryce Sanders... wow that's a mouthful!  But his name has a very special meaning.  You see Bryce (that's what we call him) wasn't supposed to be born until January- but God had some different plans!

My sister had a rare condition that some women who have c-sections can get where her placenta was attaching in the wrong place... let's just say everything was messed up in there!  Brycey Boo noticed all of that and he and God collaborated so that the doctors could find out what was wrong with my sister.  And they did.  Bryce's name means "small protector"-- which is exactly what he was to his mom.  He was born on Friday, November 13th (AWESOME DAY TO BORN- I'm a 13th baby too!) and weighed 3lbs 12oz and was 16 inches long.  We can't wait until he gets to come home! So now that you know I had a good excuse.... back to wedding planning :)

JOSH IS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's only for 3 days so I figured I'd bombard him with planning we'd get started with planning right away... but he's soooo not participating the way I want him to.  All he does is say "no" "no" "heck no".... to all my ideas.... it's disheartening.  So lucky for me on Friday- we went to dinner with my friend, Jolie, and her new hubby Seth.  It was so much fun... and of course I'm thrilled that they're newlyweds and went through this recently.  On the there I want to talk nothing but wedding stuff because... well no reason.. I just wanted to.  So I'm picking our first dance song... and I pick some really cute songs and he says ''no"... "no".... "heck no"... "how about this..." (Boom Boom Pow plays in the background).  Needless to say I was excited when we finally made it to the restaurant.  I'm thinking I will get some back up.  Needless to say it was nice to sit down with Jolie because she understands this whole wedding thing.... only thing is I just realized I didn't have much to talk about cause I haven't planned ANYTHING!!!! Lucky for me, I've enlisted some help... you see Jolie's wedding was totally and completely amazing... I think she stole some of the ideas from me when we were little... jk... she had an AWESOME wedding planner... her mom!  And so of course I begged for help... and now I think I may finally have some actual plans versus "ideas" in the works.

I love the church I've picked and now I'm trying to find a reception site that truly showcases mine and Josh's personalities.  He is/are very unique... (unique= another word for crazy).  The one thing that's going to be a tough cookie with us is that Josh is very picky when it comes to food.  He basically eats hot dogs, chicken tenders, burgers (plain),  shrimp fried rice, and occasionally pasta (only certain kinds) on a rotating schedule.  So I had this great idea... well it was actually my sisters idea and I hated it at first but now it's kinda growing on me.  Why not have all the foods we like in a "gourmet" sort of way.  We are so not chicken, mashed potatoes, and green beans kind of people-- I mean I love that stuff- but this is supposed to be a reflection of us.  So I'm toying with the idea of having all the foods that we (especially Josh) really like.  It could possibly work.... hmmmm???  What are your thoughts? All the normal stuff of course... fruits, cheeses, breads, and then stuff like sliders or mini hot dogs.... with all the fixins!

Am I crazy?  Well, yes.  But it's my wedding!!!!
